Jill has a special interest in health and fitness which enabled her to begin classes helping those with osteoporosis. She is a trained physiotherapist who has worked extensively in hospitals throughout Europe and Perth.

Her experience allows her to control and direct exercises to reduce discomfort and increase fitness very quickly. Jill’s gentle and safe introduction to bone strengthening exercises see you go safely through life. You will be stronger with improved coordination and balance.
